This is a fair warning to not stay at this hotel. It is the most rundown disgusting and dirty hotel that I have ever been in. There was a huge dead spider in the living room and the sofa was all torn apart. There was no TV in the bedroom, it was replaced with a lamp that didn’t work on the TV stand and the floor was nasty. The carpet had stains all over it and only half the lights worked in the room. I had to put a towel down just to sit on the sofa. Thank goodness I was only there for a couple of hours before my flight left. Also somehow I got double booked at their hotel and they refused to refund the one booking so I paid double for one night stay, $200. That is terrible customer service but coupled with the fact that the place is horrific makes it only worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never be back.

The room was nice. There was no free breakfast. Just a waffle machine. No juice. The place has hookers walking outside and I guess working inside. We did not feel safe here. The hotel is nice looking. The staff is not friendly. I had to wait just to check in. No one around. They charge a deposit for the keys. Not worth the hassle. If the owner would fix the staff, breakfast and the hookers this would b a nice place. But not now.

Just horrible My state was so bad I will never go back again. Prostitutes everywhere the cops pulled me over the first time I left to go get something to eat asking if I was buying girls yuck.

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE DUMP!!! The hotel is literally on the HOE STROLL. Please don't stay here if you are a single female or have a family. The area is riddled with prostitutes and their customers eventually becoming guests of the hotel. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The room had a horrific smell like death. The carpet was filthy, refrigerator had someone's old food left in it. The bedding was dirty. This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I travel for a living, this whole area of hotels should be avoided, it's unsafe, has lots of transients and criminal activity in this area. WARNING: DON'T STAY AT ANY OF THE HOTELS IN THIS AREA, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!

The facility is located in the bad part of Dallas. There were hookers outside of the building. We experienced terrible service while checking in. Employees that did not want to be there and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We also experienced bed bugs and took pictures of the infestation. Manager claimed that housekeeping and maintenance said there was nothing. Then promised us the pest control would come the next day to verify and offer us a refund for our whole stay. They never gave the report to us and didn't give our refund. Customer service was terrible and the staff did not believe us when we clearly had documentation. The room was old, dirty, black mold in bathroom, and missing smoke detectors. I felt dirty even taking multiple showers. i would recommended this place to my worst enemy. This was a terrible experience and I will be reporting this hotel to the health department. Also taking this to corporate. I am pregnant and I do not feel like this is a safe hotel to be in. I will take legal action if I have to.
